Following a successful debut in 2025, Racing Te Aroha’s popular ‘A Grand from The Grand’ jockeys’ competition will return for the second running of the Great New Zealand Jumps Carnival on Friday 18 and Sunday 20 September.

Racing Te Aroha is preparing to welcome the country’s jumps racing community back under the mountain this September.

As Racing Te Aroha prepares for the return of the jumps season this June, there’s plenty of work unfolding behind the scenes with the track currently undergoing its annual renovation. At the centre of it all is Track Manager Ryan Gartner.
